General Policy: A daily hotel service fee of $5.00 is assessed to each reservation, unless a GreenTree GiveBack Rewards member, and then the fee is waived. The daily service fee covers parking, hot breakfast, high-speed Wi-Fi, seasonal pool and spa, and more.
If a GreenTree GiveBack Rewards member wants to access their member account / reward details, they can log in via www.greentreeinn.com/rewards. If a member reaches out and they wish to cancel their membership or have questions an agent is unable to answer - please direct them to email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Check-in age is 21 and over. Must have a valid credit card to guarantee reservation. We do not accept prepaid cards or cash at check in and require a $50.00 incidental hold.
GiveBack Rewards members will receive priority for early check-in / late check-out, and others will be considered (all based on hotel availability)
Property is 100 percent smoke-free.
Uncovered parking is free of charge. Parking area is well-lit with security cameras. If a guest wants to stay one night and park their car and fly out of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, they may do so up to 7 nights at no extra cost.
Guarantee Policy: Valid credit card is guaranteed to hold your room. A $50 deposit per room is required.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel by 6:00 PM on day of arrival local hotel time to avoid a 1 night(s) cancel penalty charge
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed except for service animals.
